3. User Accounts
To access and use our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions
Onboarding Fee: All new clients are subject to a one-time, non-refundable Onboarding & Strategy Fee, as specified at the time of purchase. This fee covers the initial audit, strategy development, and complete optimization of your Google Business Profile. Payment of the Onboarding Fee is required to activate your Service.
Monthly Subscription: Our Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless you cancel.
Payment Method: Payments will be processed through our third-party payment processors, PayPal and/or Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge your subscription fees on a recurring basis.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees at any time. For existing clients, any price changes will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle, and we will provide you with reasonable prior notice. For clients under a "Lifetime Rate" or similar promotional offer, your monthly subscription fee will not change for the duration of your continuous subscription.
5. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To cancel, you must provide written notice at least [por ejemplo, 15 o 30] days before the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.

Search engine algorithms are complex and constantly changing, and our Services are based on current best practices.
In no event will BarrioRank, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
